The history of the development of the flour mill complex of Novorossiysk Grain Plant PJSC dates back more than 70 years. Novorossiysk Grain Plant, PJSC produces wheat bakery flour of the highest and first grades, as well as semolina. All products meet the requirements of GOST (a Russian & CIS standards organization) and modern international standards.

Accurate adherence to the technology in production makes it possible to obtain bakery flour with excellent consumer properties. The multi-stage production cycle of grain grinding makes it possible to obtain fine grinding, due to which the flour is homogeneous, lush in texture.

Bakery wheat flour produced by the Novorossiysk Grain Plant is an environmentally friendly product produced without the use of artificial components and GMOs, as well as various chemical and biological additives. Flour meets all the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological control and has the necessary qualitative indicators: high indicators of whiteness and gluten.
