The plants of the enterprise are located in the Krasnodar Territory on the Black Sea, in the port of Novorossiysk. This is the largest deep-sea ice-free port in Russia. The transshipment complex of NKHP, PJSC consists of a device for grain acceptance, which allows unloading up to 250 cars per day and 600 cars, as well as 4 grain loading devices with a total capacity of 2,000 tonnes/hour.
The terminal has an electronic queue for grain carriers, which allows not only to streamline the unloading process, but also helps to optimize the idle time of the transport.
During shipment, grain is transported through the export gallery to the berth. The gallery is 1.6 kilometers long. Grain weight is controlled using recent advances in digitalization.
In the port, grain is loaded by three NEUERO ship-loading machines with a capacity of 800 to 1000 tonnes per hour. This allows you to achieve a maximum loading speed of the vessel (depending on the displacement) up to 20 thousand tonnes of grain per day. Loading operations can be carried out around the clock with winds up to 15 m/s.
Grain quality is assessed at all production stages. Express analysis during acceptance takes 5 minutes, grain inspection is carried out according to 11 main qualitative parameters.
